How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?

Once the order is placed, it takes 24-48 hours to arrive, 1 or 2 business days. Free shipping from €40.

 

How can I change or cancel my order?

Send an email within 12 hours requesting the cancellation of the order.

 

What do I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

Fill out the contact form and send photos of the defect or error. Once confirmed, a courier will arrive at your home to pick up your order for free.
