How long does delivery take and how much does shipping cost?

In Spain and Portugal, your order arrives within 48-72 hours, with free shipping on orders over 59€. For all other countries, check the delivery times and costs for each destination on our Shipping page.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with Google Pay, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Amex and Union Pay.

Can I use a discount code during the sale?

Discount codes, such as the 10% welcome offer, cannot be applied to items that are already reduced, nor combined with other promotions. You can use them on items at their regular price.

How do I know which size to choose for my child?

Take a look at our size guide: you'll find the measurements for each garment so you can pick the right size.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. As well as Spain and Portugal, we ship to any country in the European Union and to the United Kingdom. Check the delivery times and prices for each destination on our Shipping page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Email us at hola@wekolf.com within 12 hours of your purchase and we'll sort it out.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Fill in the contact form and attach photos of the fault or the error. Once we confirm it, we'll send a courier to collect it from your home free of charge.

Do you have a physical shop or do you only sell online?

We're an online store, but you can see and buy our clothing at our corners:

Will sold-out items come back in stock?

Some will, especially the basics, which we restock once they sell out. Keep an eye on our store and newsletter so you don't miss them.

Can I request an invoice?

Of course. Just send us your full name, complete address, phone number, tax ID (NIF/CIF) and order number.
