Exchanges and Returns

We always hope you love what you have bought, but if it is not the right size that you expected or you want to return it, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to proceed with its return.

You must return the item and its original packaging, as well as the instructions and/or documentation provided with it.

Return via post

If there is no Charanga store nearby, you can always return it by post to the following address (in this case, the customer will bear the shipping costs):

To do this, we recommend using the same packaging you received and thus avoid generating additional waste. Please include your purchase invoice with the items you want to return (you can find it in your customer account).

Once the items have been received and examined, the amount paid will be refunded, or a reversal will be applied if the conditions established for this are met (products not used or damaged, use of original packaging for return...). No exchange or return of products will be processed if they are in conditions different from when they were received or if they have been used after opening their packaging.

The refund will be made using the same method of payment that you used for your order. We will make your return effective as soon as possible within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order at our facilities.

How do I exchange a product?

If you want to exchange a product for another size or colour, you can do so by post. These exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the exchange.

To make the exchange by post, you must request it in advance through the web contact form. Please provide us with your order number, #XXXX, the items you would like to exchange and the new size or colour requested. Once your order has been received at our facilities, we will check the availability of such items and send them to you. If the requested item is not available, the refund will be processed.

However, if you prefer to exchange your item for another model, you will have to make a return and place a new order.

Refund details

We will make your return effective as soon as possible, within fourteen (14) days following the date you returned the item in-store or we receive the order at our facilities. Once the product's condition has been checked, the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your online purchase. Please let us know if you prefer to receive the amount in your account balance. Once the refund is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
