Returns and exchanges

We always hope you like what you have bought, but ... if it is not the right size, if it is not what you expected, or simply want to return it, you have 30 days from receipt of your order, to proceed to its return.

You must return the item, as well as its original packaging, instructions and / or documentation that may accompany it.

Return by post

If you do not have a Charanga store near you, you can always return the item by mail to the following address (in this case the shipping costs will be paid by the customer):

To do this we recommend using the same packaging in which you received it and thus avoid generating additional waste, you must include along with the items you want to return the invoice of your purchase (you will have access to it in your customer account).

Once the merchandise has been received and examined, we will refund the amount paid or charge back the amount charged to your account, if the conditions established for this are met (garments that have not been used or damaged, return of original packaging...). No exchange or refund will be made for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.

The refund will be made in the same payment method you used for your order. We will make your refund effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order at our facilities.

How to make an exchange?

In case you want to make a change of size or color you can do it by mail, these changes are subject to stock availability at the time of the change.

To make the change by mail, you will have to request it previously through the contact form on the web. Tell us your order number #XXXXXX, the items you want to change and the new size or color requested. Once we receive your order in our facilities we will check the availability of these items, and they will be sent. If the requested item is not available, we will proceed with the refund.

However, if you prefer to exchange your item for another model, you will have to make a return and place a new order.

Refund Information

We will make effective your return as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the return was made in store, or the order is received at our facilities. Once the condition of the goods has been checked, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for your online purchase. If you want us to refund the amount in your account balance, please let us know. Once the refund has been made you will receive an email informing you of the refund.
